The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Research Operations Manager to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Manage the operations of the brand health tracking research program. This includes managing the external research agency with day-to-day tasks, questionnaire and sample design, fieldwork, and reporting rigor and quality. Incorporate findings into output materials, including decks and synthesis documents. There is a project manager on the Google team who owns the timeline and you will partner closely with them to ensure the program runs as planned and on time.
-Work across 20+ markets to shift brand health program to evolve from country-first (separate country surveys) to one that is transitioning to a centralized global approach (eventually one global survey). This requires developing strategies, innovating on the current program and research design, and building stakeholder relationships and buy in along the way.
-Create initial versions of research and insights write-ups in partnership with the research agency, identify research themes and most critical takeaways for marketers. Additionally, revise research outputs (e.g. decks, docs) from the research agency to move closer to an executive-ready end-product. Build a strong foundational understanding of the business to generate thought starters for business impact.

Ideal Qualifications:
-BA degree in Research, Mathematics, Sociology, Economics or equivalent experience
-7+ years managing large quantitative research projects
-2+ years managing brand health tracking programs
-Have demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder management and process flow
