Our client in the media and communications industry is in search of a full-time Creative Director who can join them in a hybrid model, 3-days a week.

The Creative Director sits at the leadership table and reports directly to the Publisher and CEO acting as the the final decision-maker for the department and works closely with their direct reports to maximize the impact and delivery of all content across the brand's ecosystem.

The Creative Director will be eligible for a full suite of benefits which include: health, dental, vision, 401K, gym membership reimbursement, commuter benefits, etc.

The Creative Director must have:
- 7+ years of experience working in a creative department
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years leading a team
- Knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style
- Ability to tell a story across various digital channels
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (used as needed)
- B2B experience is preferred

The Creative Director will be responsible for:
-Managing a team of six - mix of Photographers, Videographers, and Designers
- Developing a team who has primarily been focused on print, into a digital native team
- Working cross-functionally with other Directors to develop a creative vision & strategy
- Meeting weekly with leadership to discuss operations
- Hiring and training new talent
- Managing the creative budget & timelines
- Representing the company at social events, as needed
- Selling the creative decisions to shareholders
