We have partnered with one of the largest professional services organizations and they are looking to hire an Event Marketing Specialist for a long term freelance capacity beginning as early as July.

This role is open to 100% remote flexibility.

The most successful Event Marketing Specialist will have experience managing content, communications, project management and internal stakeholder management in support of corporate events.

Healthcare and or Wealth industry experience will put you at the top of the list.

The Event Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
Manage key dates and timelines of multiple events simultaneously, including building plans which consider guest experience, budget, timeline, communication requirements, and workplan that oversees all project workstreams
Management, updates and tracking of their assigned events on the North American Events tracker
Weekly sync meetings with their assigned Campaigns partner
Monthly event metric reporting

The Event Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for representing the company in a professional way to both internal and external participates and provide project updates to senior leadership.
