Our client, a driver in the commercial real estate industry, is in search of a full-time Public Relations Specialist who can join them 2-3 days onsite in their new West Loop office.

The Public Relations Specialist will be eligible for a full suite of benefits which includes: Health/dental/vision, employee resource groups, retirement plans, parenting benefits, charitable matching, education assistance, etc.

The Public Relations Specialist must have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in PR
- Comfort with interviewing C-Level employees
- Agency experience is preferred

The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Writing /distributing news releases & media pitches
- Writing for topics such as new hires & corporate initiatives
- Responding to incoming media inquiries
- Maintaining/ building new media lists
- Building relationships with local & regional media outlets
- Curating content for social media & blog posts
