Our spa and skincare client is looking to hire a Brand Manager in a long term freelance capacity with potential to turn full time for the right candidate! They provide services including hydrafacials, botox, eyelifts and more. This role will help implement promotions for their retail products across 60 locations as well as work with brands to align with their loyalty programs.
This role is 100% remote, mostly working CT and ET timezones.
As Brand Manager, you must:
- have 4+ years of brand strategy / planning experience
- experience in the health & beauty or skincare space
- prior experience implementing a product management program including sales promotions and incentives across multiple retail locations
Brand Manager Responsibilities will include:
- create individual brand strategies for various locations
- streamline the products offered and promotional and incentive campaigns
- work with specific product brands to roll out their incentive programs
- plan personnel product and sales training / forecast inventory as necessary
- reporting on campaign and program effectiveness
