Out healthcare client is looking for a full-time Digital Product Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to be responsible for analysis and improvement of their digital platform to enhance the effectiveness in solving member problems, and providing tangible insights and recommendations various stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Digital Product Manager:
- Work with stakeholders to define successful functionality, create plan to measure that success, put data into digestible format, and spearhead product strategy
- Develop and manage business intelligence solutions that connect data sources for Product insights
- Evaluate existing digital products and competitive analysis data to improve existing and new products
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction, solve member problems, and meet other goals
- Evaluate variations in the product design to assess overall effectiveness
- Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled
- Oversee development and maintenance of products

Required for the Digital Product Manager:
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills to sift through data and form insights
- Competence with Power BI, Adobe, or other data-mining and insights tools a plus
- Health or managed care experience preferred.

This is a full-time role that requires vaccination against Covid-19.
