If so, our client who works with LinkedIn is looking for an Agency Account Manager to join their team.

In this role, the Agency Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Account Director in the day-to-day project management, resource allocation and smooth delivery of content for their major SF client. Typical content assets include display ads, web pages, blogs, e-books, virtual events, email campaigns and social posts.

- Support the Account Director on client projects from end-to-end by: defining project scope, communication with internal creative teams, keeping things on-budget and on-schedule
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure they’re focused on the right activities and on-time for delivery; help them troubleshoot when necessary
- Help make sure creative reviews and revisions from clients are handled efficiently and accurately
- Maintain communications and documentation both internally and externally

The ideal Agency Account Manager will:
- Have managed integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, and collaborated with people from Creative, Client Services, Finance, Operations and Technology.
- Experience managing multi-channel engagements (video, digital, social, experiential, print, CRM, etc.) is preferred.
- Have 3-5 years account management experience at an agency or creative services organization
- Understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools, including job management, staffing, scoping, estimating, burn management
- Working knowledge of job management software (JIRA, Basecamp, etc.), and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet)
