Our healthcare association client is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their team 40 hours a week for 3-6 months with the intention to convert to a FTE employee.

The role will start remote with the intention to shift to hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week in their downtown office.

The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for:
- Partnering with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement of new educational resources and online instructional content
- Analyzing content and learner environments to identify appropriate strategies
- Evaluating learning objectives, gaps and needs
- Developing assessment tools to measure the mastery of the learning objectives
- Developing and maintaining success metrics for continuing education offerings

The ideal Learning Experience Designer will have:
- Background developing and executing instructional designs
- Experience developing curricula, learning objectives, competency requirements, evaluation/ assessment tools, and training materials
- Experience working with authoring and graphic design softwares e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate & Creative Suite, Audacity, GoAnimate, AfterEffects, API
