Our FinTech client is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing. This role is full time!

This role is ONSITE 2-3 days / week.

Head of Brand Marketing Requirements:
- Experience working with senior leadership to develop a brand architecture, i.e., values, voice, look & feel; knows how to manage up
- Experience managing content and creative teams
- Experience leading a brand onto broadcast (TV) advertising, utilizing agencies
- Bonus: Experience with the US Hispanic and immigrant customer base; knows the different segments of Latinos and distinctions in language / culture

Head of Brand Marketing Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Leadership to drive the development of the brand's architecture and guidelines
- Plan and execute against 360 brand advertising, including paid social, OOH, CRM, TV, influencers
- Ensure internal and agency teams properly execute brand strategies in creative and content
- Develop, inspire and build a team of designers, copywriters, translators and tightly manage their project pipeline and deliverables
