Our client, a global agency, is looking to hire a full-time Traffic Manager, hybrid, onsite at their newly renovated office in Chicago (West Loop) 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. Vaccination is required.

The Traffic Manager will play a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of one of their key clients, a leading name in the beverage industry.

The role of the Traffic Manager works to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned and delivered on time.

Under the direction of the Studio Manager, the Traffic Manager will manage multiple projects and be involved in all phases of managing the production process including design, production, copywriting, and development to ensure high-priority projects are on-track and have the proper resources available; there will be roughly 7-10 projects at once.

Traffic Manager Duties:
- Traffic and monitor projects through the workflow and meet all deadlines
- Define scope, ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in digital work-tickets, lead communication, and escalate issues to stakeholders
- Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-level for high priority projects
- Preflight new projects for multiple lines of business to ensure required assets and information are provided before moving to team assignment
- Coordinating work with offshore team

Traffic Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of traffic or project management experience with design studio, creative department, or advertising agency
- Experience with workflow/project management tools ? TrafficLive
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus; Proficiency with both Mac & PC platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible
- Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment
- Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism
- Strong communication skills
- BA in Advertising, Communications, or related field
