Our client in the commercial real estate industry is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team onsite in Phoenix .

This will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Assistant:
-Support a fast-paced, high-profile sales force
-Use InDesign templates to produce and assemble marketing presentations, proposals, flyers, e-mail templates, newsletters, postcards, etc
-Edit and enhance property photographs, floor plans and other images using Photoshop and Illustrator
-Use various mapping and demographic applications to run reports and create customer maps, aerials, and presentations
-Prepare informational packages and maps for property tours
-Provide administrative support for legal documents, proposals, invoices, executive summaries and other documents
-Compose or transcribe various correspondence, some of which may be highly confidential

What you need to know as a Marketing Assistant:

-2+ years of experience in a business setting
- Experience working in real estate is a plus
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
-Strong MS Office Skills ( Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize workload to meet various project deadlines
-Excellent communication skills to function in a team environment and work a project through to completion
-Highly accurate, attentive and detail oriented
-Must be able to utilize resources to execute tasks and solve problems
