Our well known fintech client is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join help their team!

This Customer Marketing Manager role will be remote during SIP and will be 40hrs/week through the end of the year. There is a possibility for extension for the right fit!

The Customer Marketing Manager will:
- Interact with Stakeholders and customers
- Manage multiple customer review websites e.g g2.com
- Retrieve/review case studies
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in person events when it is safe from COVID
- Plan and coordinate webinars with customers
- Managing social media channels, including content creation

The ideal Customer Marketing Manager has:
- 5+ years of experience within the Customer Marketing space
- Experience working in the Fraud Protection industry
- Strong communication skills and partnerships with clients and internal teams
- Experience managing a Customer Advisory Board, or having worked for one previously
- Experience with digital campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and campaign management will be a plus for this role!
