Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team full time.

This will be Monday-Friday, some flexibility to work from home, will be expected to be in the office once it fully reopens.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will assist with the creation and development of marketing materials and the production of corporate communications. You will work with internal and external teams to promote products and services to develop retention initiatives through multi-channel marketing.

Primary Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:
-Coordinate logistics for cross-functional projects to accomplish the goals and objectives consistent with the company's mission
-Assist with the creative and implementation of the companies advertising strategy and placements
-Assist with the creation and production of direct mail marketing campaigns/promotions and in-person promotional material such as newsletters, annual reports, brochures, surveys, etc.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all communications reflect the high standards and mission, this includes editing/proofreading presentation decks, letters, forms, etc
-Work closely with external vendors to coordinate updates to the website, coordinate with the IT department to establish definitions documents and tests as determined prior to implementation
-Maintain accounting of all marketing communications expenses for budget purposes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
-Coordinate graphic design and print material for production of the annual report and other special projects

What you need to know as a Marketing Coordinator:
-Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Business or related field
-3+ years of experience in Marketing
-Experience in Medical or Insurance is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Effective interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills with a customer service orientation
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required
-Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
-Excellent project management skills with quality and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
-Experience preparing a budget and working within a budget
