eCommerce Specialist - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is hiring for an eCommerce Specialist to join their team full-time.

This will be M-F, 40 hours per week, onsite in Phoenix. There is some flexibility to work from home part-time during COVID, but you will need to be able to work in-office full-time down the road.

What you will be doing as an eCommerce Specialist:
-Work cross-functionally with internal teams on SEO and content execution
-Assist in the organization of merchandising and categorization throughout the website, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices
-Lead key eCommerce projects internally with assistance from their parent company
-Ensure content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals
-Develop eCommerce set-up for technical/functional verification
-Maintain website item launches and website page reviews as well as net promoter score

What you need to know as a eCommerce Specialist:
-3+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising or retail, with a focus on digital marketing
-Excellent project management and organizational skills required, including the ability to collaborate with a team
-Experience working in NetSuite and Shopify is a huge plus
-Ability to work professionally with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and react to changes in business trends
-Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
