A South Denver-based telecom company is seeking a Full-Time Marketo Marketing Automation Manager to join their team, onsite.

This Marketo Marketing Automation Manager is a new role. This person will be solely managing the lead and customer communication lifecycle in Marketo for our client's residential internet service division. This is a highly strategic position; however, execution of that strategy is a responsibility of this Lead Generation and Marketing Automation Manager.

Requirements for this Marketo Marketing Automation Manager: --
-Experience with delivering campaigns for a B2C and/or B2B technology, services or subscription-based advertiser
-Excellent working knowledge of CRM / Automation tools – Salesforce and Marketo experience
-Marketing automation platform implementation and configuration best-practices
-Solid knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, lead generation and conversion rate optimization best practices that drive lead conversion and customer retention
-Experience with email marketing & email campaign management best practices
-Strong data analytics experience with ability to create, analyze and provide insights from reporting in Salesforce and Marketo or similar platforms

Day to Day Deliverables:
-Develop & execute email, direct mail, SMS, and other demand generation and customer communications campaigns using marketing automation
-Translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation
-Define and manage the marketing infrastructure and customization of the marketing automation platform including business rules, scoring, multi-touch nurture profiling, segmentation, workflows and reporting
-Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations
-Understand the bi-directional data structures with Salesforce.com for data integration; work with Salesforce administrators to coordinate integration with CRM; work with marketing platforms to troubleshoot issues and provide team support
-Lead the creation and management of dashboards and closed loop reporting integrated with the sales database that tracks: campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, funnel advancement, scoring optimization, lead conversion and customer retention
-Work with Analytics team to analyze all lead generation campaigns; identify opportunities for campaign optimization and areas in the pipeline requiring additional marketing support

Nice to haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent experience
-3-5 years’ experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platform
-Marketo certification highly preferred
-Salesforce or related CRM experience
-Web development and digital design skills (HTML preferred, but not required)
-Knowledge of Google Analytics Tag Manager, Google Universal Analytics and general web tracking desirable
