Are you a global sales enablement expert and have a sales operations background?

If so, our popular fintech client is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join their team. Remote and then onsite after Covid.

The Marketing Program Manager will:
- Project manage and drive planning of direct marketing campaigns and activities (including launch marketing plans) to approved budgets, revenue goals, solutions/product mix and timelines across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region
- Develops and delivers required assets to the Regional Marketing Managers to facilitate regional execution of identified campaigns, programs, activities, which are components of the quarterly integrated global marketing plan
- Creates Program Plans for each owned major marketing activity and maintain schedules, including timeline and list of deliverables
- Identifies regional market opportunities by researching, analyzing and identifying new business growth opportunities
- Recommends sales tools to enhance selling success, including white papers, collateral, presentation materials, company/industry profiles, business partner contacts and information vehicles, etc
- Supports, when necessary, corporate-sponsored activities, such as customer conferences, annual kickoffs, and other ad-hoc activities by serving as regional contact; providing project management support and other ways as needed
- Stakeholder management

The ideal Marketing Program Manager has:
- 5-7 years experience managing and/or leading marketing campaigns that vary in scope and complexity
- Experience working on or collaborating with a highly driven sales team as demonstrated through a solid understanding of software sales cycles
- Experience in a software or technology environment
- Experience with Windows NT, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Lotus Notes, and email systems a PLUS
- Additional European language a PLUS
