The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Help others deploy technology: Provide technical guidance to partners and end customers to deploy conversion tracking API solution.
-Analyze software problems: Provide API, SDK, software troubleshooting for conversion tracking solution: debug customer applications, provide software architecture guidance to clients' technical teams, and handle business, product, or technical questions via phone and email.
-Resolve technical issues at root cause: Identify and document bugs and feature requests affecting customers; implement effective solutions to their problems along business-appropriate time lines; author documentation and code samples; fix product bugs and implement feature requests.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, an engineering discipline, or another related field.
-3+ years of experience with web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
-Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis, writing complex queries).
-Experience with API support and implementation.
-3+ years of experience in developer relations or a similar developer/partner facing API support role.

This is an onsite freelance contract in Mountain View. Public Transportation accessible via company shuttle.
