Our Global Financial client is looking to hire an an Internal Communications Manager with change management experience. These are 12-month opportunities in Columbus, Ohio that will start remotely, but ideally report in office as a hybrid model starting in July.

These two candidates will be working with the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) team, to support the planning, roll out, & adoption of Office365. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, developing communications & training materials for global employees, collaborating with users to understand pain points, & communicating results to leadership.

The Internal Communications Manager will have:
+ Experience managing projects or developing content for enterprise-level companies
+ Strong communication skills, & the ability to partner with business unit stakeholders
+ Experience leading & managing initiatives to drive adoption, implementation, & utilization software applications
+ Experience presenting & training end users on benefits & use
+ Experience monitoring usage & optimizing the end-to-end employee experience
+ Experience defining change communication & training plans, tailoring training plans to the organization, & facilitating post-implementation activities to optimize employee adoption
+ Experience identify & tracking people, tools, & processes that use legacy collaboration platforms & facilitating migration
+ Experience assessing new features, functions, & applications to determine immediate & longer-term value to employee & business needs
+ Experience presenting & advocating programs to key stakeholders

This Internal Communications Manager role is an onsite freelance opportunity that requires 40 hours per week in Columbus, Ohio, however the role will initially start offsite.
