Our client, a fast-growing eLearning provider needs a Content Manager with writing and project management skills to join their content and development team.

The Content Manager will be joining content team create new courses and enhancing existing courses. The team consists of content developers, instructional designers, writers, and QA analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resources, including personnel, schedules, project boards, and the workflow on ASANA for content development and JIRA for technical fixes.
• Monitoring team performance through quarterly employee performance reviews and regular check-ins, as well as interviewing potential new hires.
• Work independently and alongside 360’s instructional design team to storyboard and plan for new course releases.
• Manage Independent Contractor resources, including agreements and SOW’s, and acting as the primary liaison for SME’s and IOR’s, as needed.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience writing and/or developing e-learning courses
• 2+ years of management-level or project-management experience
• Writing samples
• Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems and e-learning course authoring platforms
• Proven track record of effective project management within the e-Learning industry
