The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for validating improvements this client has scooped for their global website.
The ideal Senior UX Researcher will have experience with:
+ Setting up & conducting user interviews
+ Heuristics reviews and development
+ Diving into data & drawing insights to identify areas to further explore
+ Reviewing survey & heat map results
+ Generating data-based hypotheses
+ Setting up & conducting card sorting sessions
+ Presenting findings to stakeholder groups
