Video Production Coordinator (AUSTIN) - Hybrid

Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, has an exciting opportunity for a Video Production Coordinator for their internal video production studio!

This role will be 40 hours a week for roughly 1 year. Currently, this role is work from home until the beginning of 2022. Then it will likely move into a hybrid schedule.

The Video Production Coordinator must have at least 2+ years' experience working in pre-production or post production in an ad agency or production house.

The Video Production Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Setting up production schedules in Workfront and managing project deadlines in the platform.
- Working with Producers to submit videos through the review process to teams such as Editorial, Brand and Creative.
- Updating the weekly video status in Workfront and keeping detailed notes on project statuses.
- Participating in kick off meetings, internal reviews and creative presentations.
- Meeting with the internal team to determine bandwidth and resources.
- helping organize shooting schedules, casting sessions and vendors.
- Driving projects forward and troubleshooting when deadlines might not be met.
-Helping maintain the video library and archive.

Program Requirements:

- Microsoft Office
- Workfront or similar project management software
- Exposure to working with Adobe CC suite and film editing software
