Print Project Manager (AUSTIN) - Hybrid

Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, has an opportunity for a Print Project Manager to join their growing in-house agency.

This role will be 40 hours a week for 12 months. Currently, the client is work from home until the beginning of 2022 and will be eventually a hybrid work model.

The Print Project Manager must have at least 3+ years' experience, a bachelor's degree and experience working in an advertising agency or in-house agency.

The Print Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Working with print vendors and providing direction to achieve the best printing results for projects.
- Managing print projects with internal clients and outside vendors and ensuring communication about timelines is happening.
- Updating workflow in Workfront and assigning projects for tracking and reviewing work.
- Working with the print vendors to create templates for various platforms and coordinating internal approvals for those.
- Consulting with internal clients on budgets and budget saving options with print vendors.
- Tracking all print production timelines and coordinating assets as needed.
- Getting an understanding of current print vendors and if needed, find new vendors.
- Support the internal team on inventory management with purchase orders, labels, sample filing and other needs as they arise.
- Establishing the best paper, stocks, weights and coatings for print projects.

- Adobe PDF preview
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with PeopleSoft of other procurement programs
- Direct Mail best practices and postal regulations
