Creative Project Manager (AUSTIN) - Hybrid

Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, has an opportunity for a Creative Project Manager to join their growing in-house agency.

This role will be 40 hours a week for 18 months. Currently, the client is work from home until the beginning of 2022 and will be eventually a hybrid work model.

The Creative Project Manager must have at least 3+ years' experience, a bachelor's degree and experience working in an advertising agency or in-house agency.

The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Acting as a liaison between the internal clients and the production teams.
- Managing anywhere from 30-60 projects that span print to interactive. Also, some of these projects could span a week to months.
- Updating workflow in Workfront and ensuring that details are not missed.
- Delivering project status reports.
- Working with the internal client and teams to define needs and deliverables.
- Developing estimates for print projects and writing print specifications for vendors.
- Gathering requirements for successful project kickoffs.
- Building strong relationships internally and building a foundation for future projects.
