Our agency client is growing and they need a Digital Account Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting role for a digital marketing maven to join an agency team right here in Indianapolis.

Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the internal agency teams and client
- Pull reporting and campaign analytics to present information (PPT) to clients and articulate wins, next steps, areas for growth
- Attention to process and project management - ability to create processes and
- Work side by side with the client and SEO/Digital strategist to plan and execute campaigns
- 60% account manager, 40% assisting with strategy and execution on digital campaigns
- Evaluate client campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Account Manager Must Haves:
- Agency experience
- Depth of knowledge in the digital space to be able to translate campaign and reporting information to clients
- Strong SEO background
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Digital Account Manager Nice to Haves:
- Background managing Web and Social campaigns
- WordPress publishing
- Technical SEO experience
- Writes for Technical or organic SEO
- Social media experience – participated in the campaigns to be able to report performance
