One of the HOTTEST companies in the Bay Area is seeking a Technical Project Manager to assist their team.

In this role the Technical Project Manager will manage the support ticket program for the client's channel points of sale.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the support ticket program for the client’s demo technology in 250K channel points of sale worldwide
- Drive multiple support teams to close tickets in accordance with established SLAs and quality metrics
- Provide weekly reporting, and analysis of ticket volume and trending issues
- Distribute and assign issues to team members as needed
- Analyze and report ticket volume, response time, trending issues, and resolution effectiveness
- Partner with internal teams and SMEs to address and solve the highest level escalations
- Write technical troubleshooting guidelines and provide training to call centers to equip them with the information needed to the resolve store issues

Skills/Qualifications:
- 3 years professional technical troubleshooting expertise or proven technical ability
- 2 years leadership experience in a project management or technical analyst role
- Expert user of Mac OS X and iOS, Apple Apps, and Apple hardware products
- Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools
- Proficient in Excel/Numbers and Keynote applications

This Technical Project Manager role is an onsite freelance opportunity 40 hours per week in Cupertino - accessible via company shuttle.
