The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Market Program Manager to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Establish and manage process, meetings and timelines with executive and content stakeholders.
-Develop and oversee the content calendar, content curation, development process, reviews and approvals. File and manage internal tickets as needed.
-Manage the blog post / quarterly transparency report process and interdependencies with content contributors (technical experts) for editorial reviews and approvals to ensure milestones are met and all data and messaging is accurate and aligned.
-Oversee and manage creative asset requests and creation. Manage and coordinate with creative agency as needed.
-Drive feedback process with stakeholders (Sr Executives, PM, Eng, Legal, PR, Marketing) and closely partner with the content contributors to resolve comments.
-Manage content launches, ~30 per year. Publish and Q&A each blog post, and update the relevant teams with a recap summary of the coverage and reactions.
-Develop and maintain a technical events calendar for the Security & Privacy (ASAP) team who engage in 30 to 40 events per year.
-Support executive presentations to ensure content format, visuals, and overall design effectively communicates the information and is consistent with Brand guidelines.
-Establish a process to support presentation design, including briefing and managing creative agencies as needed.

This is an onsite freelance contract in Mountain View. Public Transportation accessible via company shuttle.
