Our client in the wellness and nutrition space is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team in Salt Lake City.

This position will be 40 hours per week, this will be a hybrid onsite Monday-Thursday with work from home on Fridays.

What you will be doing as a Senior Brand Manager:
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Operations, and others, to define and develop Innovation deliverables from ideation to launch
-Serve as gatekeeper for critical trends and competitor analyses
-Manage the Innovation Insights processes, from category research through to concept and product validation with consumers and provide Marketing and Sales with insights on product key differentiators and messages in order to maximize distribution and sales
-Translate business/brand strategy into innovation and product strategy through the management of pricing, margin, product positioning, on-pack promotions and assortment, and the development, lifecycle and execution of a new product pipeline
-Manage the product and packaging process including; opportunity identification, concept development, product and packaging creation, feasibility validation, financial viability, commercial validation and launch planning
-Monitor product performance including sales data, consumer and customer feedback
-Identify gaps in the portfolio and make recommendations

What you need to know as a Senior Brand Manager:
-Master of Business Administration degree (MBA)
-5+ years of consumer brand packaged goods marketing experience
-Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margin, ACV, etc. and familiarity with managing all lines of P&L
-Exceptional oral and written communicator capable of explaining complex and/or abstract ideas in clear and succinct terms for senior management, trade customers, and consumers
-Creative skills are required to identify a need and to create and manage consumer products
-Strong analytic skills to interpret general business periodicals and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals to effectively present information
-Proactively problem solve and work cooperatively with others
-Strong experience using MS Office Suite including, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
