Our client is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer experience to join their team!

This will either start as contract to hire or direct hire depending on what the client decides.

Hours: M-F 7 am - 4 pm, but this can be flexible.

60% Print vs. 40% Digital
60% Design vs. 40% Marketing

What you will be doing as a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer:
- Work with advertising team to make sure campaigns are running on-time and as expected
- Create PowerPoint presentations when needed
- Work to maintain internal and external communications for the brand
- Updating existing print layouts, uploading photos to website, switching out graphics, and various other design tasks
- Updating proposals, events, flyers and other marketing materials as assigned
- Collaborating with team on tradeshows and events
-Willing to travel up to 4x/year
- Help coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met

What you need to know as a Marketing Coordinator/ Graphic Designer:
- 2+ years of experience
- Independent project management skills is helpful for this role
- Must know InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Must be able to design in PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with the team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and execute quick turnarounds
- Strong work ethic
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment
- If you have Construction or AEC experience that is a huge bonus
