Marketing Project Manager - WFH during Covid-19

High Performance Athletic Wear brand is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their marketing team!

This position is WFH flexible but does require candidates local to Austin.

As Marketing Project Manager, you will operate as communication hub between the in-house marketing team, their creative agency and any additional marketing resources who touch an assigned account/project. Creative projects typically consist of production of graphic design, copywriting, photography, and videography.

Day to day activities include:

- Develop project plans and manage the workflow for all creative work from brief-intake to final execution
- Create and manage project estimates & budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and anticipate/overcome potential roadblocks
- Organize and lead daily team meetings
- Be a part of building future practices that run the creative and marketing process
- Manage timelines in Asana (or equivalent PM tool)

Required:
- 5+ years of PM experience
- Digital agency experience highly preferred
- Asana, Digital Asset Management experience (or equivalent)
- Understand the mindset of an endurance athlete or entrepreneur. Love the process
- Passion for active lifestyle, endurance sports preferred
