Our client is hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team, remotely.

This will be 10-20 hours per week through May 2021.

You must be experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to be considered.

What you will be doing as an Email Marketing Specialist:
• Design and build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage the email QA process by checking all important aspects of the email campaign, including, but not limited to, links, subject line, preheader, creative, and by using last look/QA checklists.
• Select, size and modify images to be used in email campaigns.
• Test emails across multiple platforms to ensure optimal design and functionality.
• Successfully deploy email campaigns ensuring emails are sent to the appropriate audience at the correct date and time.
• Maintain positive relationships by interacting with colleagues in a timely manner, answering questions regarding production status, platform issues or campaign insights.
• Provide email campaign results in a timely and efficient manner, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Manage subscriber databases by creating and updating lists and segmenting data for targeted email campaigns.
• Improve email marketing campaigns by providing recommendations and insights.
• Facilitate email changes and updates by working with colleagues to update campaign links, change images and modify existing deployment dates and times.

What you need to know as an Email Marketing Specialist:
• Email Design and Development – Hands-on experience creating and deploying emails on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
