One of our start ups is looking for a remote freelance Sr. Graphic Design Manager for the next 3 months, with possibility for full-time. This role will be working closely within the music industry to manage internal design team with a focus on digital assets.

This role can be fully remote or in person in Nashville or Dallas. About 20 hrs/wk, could lead to full-time.

Sr. Graphic Design Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive design decision making for brand
- Help develop all new brand guidelines
- Manage and mentor a graphic designer
- Provide insight and direction on new company website
- Work with all teams to ensure new brand guidelines are put in place

Sr. Graphic Design Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years in Graphic Design and MUST have digital experience
- Experience in a start up agency
