Our digital agency client is hiring for a Digital Media Director to join their team full time.

You must live in the Nashville area or St. Louis, MO, and be willing to go onsite 2-3 times a week.

Digital Media Director Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency in Paid Media, specifically paid search campaigns for clients
- Hands-on execution and strategy of paid media campaigns
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., MQLs), analyzing the data and suggesting strategic improvements
- Lead weekly calls with clients to report data and give recommendations
- Experience working with clients spending upwards of $100K a month
- Manage two people, a media buyer and SEO specialist to support paid media efforts
- Future growth is to build and manage the digital arm of the agency
- Paid social; programmatic; paid search is their primary

Digital Media Director Requirements:
- Google Ads, Google Search and Google Analytics
- Facebook and Instagram Certified
- 5+ years experience
