One of our clients in the healthcare industry has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator!

The Account Coordinator will report to the Sr. Account Manager as the communications point person on all Creative and Marketing projects.

This is a hybrid role in Nashville that requires work in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with the option to work from home Wednesday and Friday.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage project requests from over 300 company locations
- Lead communication efforts between internal marketing and creative teams
- Manage multiple projects ensuring teams are up to date on schedule, budget and expectations
- Communicate effectively with a variety of different personalities

Account Coordinator Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional marketing setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Expert in organization is a must
