Our client, a digital media agency geared toward public safety, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team fulltime remote capacity.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing project resources, budgets and timelines
- Work with the account services team on building work plans
- Collaborates with the Project Management team to allocate resources across all accounts
- Monitor work progress and track deliverables to maintain project schedules while monitoring account budgets
- Reviewing new client work proposals, maintaining job files, sourcing freelancers
- Creating monthly billing reports, forecasting account work, scoping work plans
- Monitoring team KPI’s, routing assignments, and conducting status meetings
- Oversee the Project Coodinator

As the Project Manager you will need:
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Agency setting preferred
- Degree in related field
- Proficiency of Google and Microsoft Suite, Project management tools and software
- Experience in Project Management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall planning
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Have an eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving nature
- Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, and team oriented
- Self accountable in a remote capacity
