Our social media giant client seeks a QA Associate to join their team onsite in Menlo Park!

The QA Associate will be responsible for the following:
- QA-ing marketing and communications sent to business customers prior to launch to ensure high quality messages and experience. across email, notifications, onsite placements, and landing page channels.
- QA messages according to predefined content standards and make sure all messages render properly for end users.
- Lead QA across channels and languages, ensuring that the translations are correct (all will be in English for this project).
- Triage customer feedback about communications received and actively monitoring the overall communications experience delivered to business customers.

The ideal QA Associate should possess the following:
- Experience in Digital Marketing with a high level of detail-orientation.
- Ability to manage many tasks with strict deadlines.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to understand large digital marketing systems and troubleshoot/resolve bugs within marketing system.
