Our corporate client in the health & wellness space is looking for a UX Architect / Designer to join their team on a full-time basis!

UX Architect / Designer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify the design challenge and articulate a design strategy for the solution
- Design and execute user research and usability studies, produce insights / recommendations, and present them to large, senior audiences
- Work with the internal stakeholders to understand what drives their business and reach a shared vision of how to solve their problems while advocating for the end user
- Experiment with new ideas, tools and techniques to stay informed of industry trends
- Manage multiple problem-solving tasks with little supervision
- Apply design thinking principles through deep team collaboration in an agile environment
- Lead ideation sessions/design studios, design walkthroughs with development and other stakeholders.
- Lead UX in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, design, user research and usability testing
- Present objectives, design approach and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner
- Collaborate with developers in a SCRUM environment on a daily basis

UX Architect / Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the field of UX
- Experience in concept ideation, design strategy, prototyping and crafting over-arching digital UX
- Mastery of UX design and prototyping toolset (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Axure, Omnigraffle, Invision, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based UX and responsible design, with a deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Experience within an agile development environment.
