Our B2B agency client is looking to bring on a Director of Marketing Strategy to join their team on a full-time basis!

Directory of Marketing Strategy Responsibilities:
• Understand the clients business needs and industry trends better than the client to get to the salient insights
• Distill insights about the clients business and transform the complex to the simple to create a seamless experience between strategy, creative & media.
• Work closely with Sales Team to pitch and win new business (Be able to pitch C-Suite)
• Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
• Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
• Produce cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns
• Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
• Generate original ideas with other members of the team
• Present findings to senior staff members and clients
• Identify potential problems and devise ways to rectify them
• Liaise with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies

Director of Marketing Strategy Requirements:
• Proven track record of B2B Strategies Delivered
• A good knowledge of paid media, SEO, CRO and how strategy planning influences it
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to make complex subjects understandable
• The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work
• The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
