We are working with a lifestyle brand that is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager focused on Customer Acquisition, Experience, and Retention to join their team. This is a full-time role.

Digital Marketing / Customer Experience Ideal Background:
-Several years of experience, ideally 5+
-Digital Marketing with a focus on the digital consumer experience (customer acquisition / retention)
-eCommerce / Digital Retail experience
-Experience with a retail product, specifically one in the lifestyle industry would be preferred
-Must be hungry to grow within a company, ready to think strategically while also helping to execute, and ultimately aware of increasing revenues

Digital Customer Experience Responsibilities:
-Focus on digital consumer journey from pre-purchase through to consumer and retention efforts.(what is the communication currently, how can it be improved, what about post purchase, etc.)
-Oversee and help manage website and eCommerce content including educational materials, banners, and overall site use (this could include troubleshooting when necessary, doing a content review, or flagging any issues on the site)
-Strategize and execute promotions on the brands within the company, ultimately using consumer analytics to drive more personalization and customer segmentation strategies
- Teammates with whom you’ll work closely include a Retail Marketing Manager, Social Media + Sponsorship / Activation Manager, Brand Director, and web team
