Our health client in South San Francisco needs an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 3+ month contract, 40 hours/week onsite. Conversion to full-time permanent at contact end!

This role will primarily support the Executive Vice President and will be indirectly supporting four other executives (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management). You must have excellent experience working with calendars and scheduling.

This Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing exec’s calendars
- Managing travel (domestic and international)
- Managing expenses (Concur)
- Handling requests from different departments
- Updating older processes and procedures
- Helping to coordinate logistics for annual sales meetings (couple offsite events per year)
- Setting up virtual meetings (WebEx, GoToMeeting)
- Screening / directing incoming calls
- Directing onsite visitors
