Our client, the world’s largest digital agency, has built an internal creative team to compete with the best. This team supports internal and external stakeholders and produces beautifully executed, world-class work. They are currently seeking a Resource / Traffic Manager to join their team on a permalance basis.

The Resource / Traffic Manager will support the 60-person creative team across the United States and Canada. This team supports two lines of business:

- Client Account Teams: Encouraging teams to tell strong visual and verbal stories to address complex business issues via client facing responses. These stories are presented in new creative mediums & PowerPoint centered around their own unique campaigns.

- Client's own brand and marketing efforts: supporting production deliverables on the client's new rebrand - including all internal training materials, presentations, broadcast pieces, environmental design, conference / event materials, print, and sub-branding packages.

The Resource / Traffic Manager will be responsible for resource allocation and time allocation for the creative team. Most projects occur within two week sprints and include a Workshop session, ideation, revisions, and the end deliverable.

The Resource / Traffic Manager will:

- Maintain the 60-person creative team’s overall scheduling of creatives against specific project requirements and assuring a proper allocation of Lead, Senior and Junior Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers using Workfront
- Assuring creatives are staffed to 40 hours per week capacity while considering the differences in time zones
- Accounting for over time charging and escalating approval before overtime occurs
- Managing internal billing codes to assure the proper internal stakeholder is billed
- Securing additional project-based talent as required
- Managing both people and projects across a variety of teams
- Overseeing workflows, assigning tasks and responsibilities, making sure deliverables are being met, addressing issues and escalating as needed
- Managing resource availability and allocations, communicating issues as they arise
- Funneling administrative work through the proper channels and involving internal stake holders as needed

The ideal Resource / Traffic Manager must:

- Have 5+ years’ experience with Resource / Traffic Management from an advertising agency or large, matrixed organization
- Understand creative deliverables and skillsets who produce them
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work well across multiple time zones
- Be "quick on their feet" with excellent problem solving skills
- Communicate professionally internally to the team as well as to Senior and Executive-level internal and external stakeholders
- Have experience working in Workfront and be comfortable working in Microsoft Teams
- Embrace collaboration, quickly establish trust, have excellent people skills and a positive attitude
