Our audio tech service client is looking for a full time Director of Paid Acquisitions who can join this fast growing team and implement new paid strategies to increase customer and revenue growth for the company.

The ideal Director of Paid Acquisitions will have managed paid media budgets up to $7M annually in both the B2B & B2C setting, preferably in Tech/SaaS space. This person must have hands-on experience strategizing, implementing, testing, analyzing and optimizing large-scale acquisition campaigns across all major paid channels including search, paid social, display, and programmatic.

- Manage the paid media budget
- Build out new and grow existing paid media channels to increase customer acquisition and maximize return-on-ad-spend (ROAS)
- Define clear KPIs across the marketing funnel that enable the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness
- Design, implement, test, and scale paid strategies across channels
- Manage the current team and assist with growth plan for the department

- 7+ years of Paid Media and digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of proven people management experience
- Experience managing a multimillion-dollar budget and forecasting performance trends
- Experience leading and developing growth strategies across channels and audiences, with a heavy focus on digital including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail), Bing Ads, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and podcasts
- Knowledge of key measurement tools (MTA, MMM) and strong analytical skills
