Real Estate client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a long term, remote freelance opportunity.

As Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Project Management team.

Key Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project documentation
- Coordinate documentation revisions and distributions
- Prepare project status reports
- Client and internal team management
- Manage timelines and project budgets
- Coordinate change orders and change notices with various teams and 3rd party vendors
- Update project status updates, schedule updates and cash flow forecasts
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
