Our client, a fast-growing eLearning provider needs a Digital Marketing Analyst with a BI or Data Science background to join their eCommerce team and support growth efforts.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Analyst:
-Perform data analyses and post campaign evaluations on BI platform
-Generate recommendations for campaign optimizations based on analytical findings
-You will be responsible for performing campaign planning and developing strategies
-Partnering with internal teams to execute the creative and production of direct mail marketing campaigns
-Engage in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, BU auditing and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues
-Campaign management; generating campaign list, develop target strategy, manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Analyst:
-3+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, communications or project management
-Experience in multi-channel retail industry preferred with focus in CRM or digital marketing
-Experience with business intelligence platform required with a general know-how of SQL language
-Experience with MS excel and Power Point required with good proficiency
-You have a high level attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
