Our eCommerce client in Charlotte is looking for a Director of Customer Loyalty to join their team full time and in office!
eCommerce experience is a MUST HAVE!
Director of Customer Loyalty Responsibilities:
- Must understand the life cycle of a customer in the eCommerce industry
- Own all aspects of customer retention and customer loyalty strategies
- Liase with internal teams for PR and marketing efforts, such as email, paid search, direct mail, etc.
- Analyze and report on customer retention curves and life cycles
Director of Customer Loyalty Responsibilities:
- 5+ years experience working in eCommerce / marketing
* Any experience working in customer loyalty is a huge plus
- Strong understanding of marketing tools: email, paid search, direct mail, etc.
