Our corporate client in the health & wellness space is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis!

San Diego candidates preferred, this will be remote until January 2022, then onsite part-time.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external strategic partners to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Lead strategy and project management of marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance for marketing campaigns to appropriate stakeholders
- Assess campaign goals and ROI, and identify areas for optimization
- Develop lead generation and conversion strategies for B2B and B2C business with a strong focus on B2C
- Create strategy to drive qualified traffic to eCommerce sites through email, web, social, paid and SEO
- Collaborate with internal teams to create emails, landing pages to optimize the customer experience and generate leads
- Devise email communication strategy to drive consumer interest, retention and revenue
- Brainstorm and assess new growth strategies with internal and external strategic partners
- Utilize project planning, coordination and communication to ensure cross-channel goals align with overall product and business objectives
- Evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools and best practices

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in related field required
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience, agency experience a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Proven ability in developing marketing strategy and executing campaigns across a wide array of channels (web, social, paid, SEO, email, display, retargeting, etc.)
- Experience in driving consumer engagement, lead generation and conversion while developing analytical insights to inform optimization
- General knowledge of website analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Experience with CRM and Hubspot a plus
- Experience with budget allocation and management preferred
