Our client, a high-end baby brand, is looking for a versatile Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team full-time in the coming weeks.

This will be onsite in Downtown, San Diego

This Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for:
- Managing, implementing, and optimizing Paid Social Advertising campaign strategy
- Managing between $150k-180k ad spend per year
- Managing Facebook and Instagram social media accounts
- Managing Google advertising campaigns
- Managing Amazon advertising campaigns and individual listing maintenance/optimization
- Optimizing key drivers influencing brand awareness, traffic and sales growth (e.g. Affiliate Marketing, SEM, Display/Retargeting, Shopping Feeds, etc.)
- Evaluating, optimizing performance of digital marketing efforts and site analytics
- Managing campaigns timelines and ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget
- Coordinate product highlights and cohesive messaging across digital efforts
- Managing influencer program including casting, budget, influencer’s rate, preparing campaigns, contract management
- Coordinating giveaways and PR as necessary to launch promotions
- Updating WordPress website images and text with strong focus on SEO
- Managing 2 photoshoots a year – content is used to create ad campaigns
- Creating newsletters using content from photoshoots
- Possibly managing the company's products at a local store, trade shows, consumer shows
- Manage shared files through remote access

This Influencer Marketing Manager needs:
- 3+ years of experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.)
- Proficient or ability to quickly learn - Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PDF/Outlook + Photoshop + Illustrator + QuickBooks + WooCommerce + Magento + WordPress
- Google Ads certified
- Experience in digital marketing for a consumer goods company
- Experience analyzing digital performance metrics (e.g. conversion rate, click-through rate)
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers
- Knowledge of the affiliate space and how to execute an affiliate marketing strategy
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and how to apply in the realm of digital marketing
- Highly analytical and clear communicator
