Our B2B agency client is in need of a Chief Customer Officer (SVP Client Services) to join their executive team while being hands on in execution, providing high-level strategy, and leading two teams in strategy and performance. The role reports directly to the COO and will be a member of our executive team.

Light travel may be required depending on COVID.

The Chief Customer Officer is responsible for:
- Lead and coordinate the Account Team + Project Management Team
- Lead client services team in strategies to retain and grow customer base
- Leverage customer research and end-to-end customer journeys
- Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue and retention cycles
- Develop and implement a robust client services program
- Own key metrics like churn and contraction, revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Grow and close new relationships with key target clients
- Architect the client service team to leverage and scale growth plans and drive a ‘lean startup’ style of environment with constant learning
- Provide problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Define and deliver the right set of complete data and reporting to leadership that tells entire story

The Chief Customer Officer needs:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance (Master’s strongly preferred)
- 5+ years leading a fast-paced customer centric Agency // B2B Sales Focused // Agency Experience
- Demonstrated results in improved revenue and operational metrics
- Knowledge of provider contracting, strategic planning, and overall service delivery
- Customer Service background with the ability to motivate teams
- Proven ability to affect change and monitor progress
- Proactive leadership skills, curating excellent relationship and building credibility quickly
- Highly organized, disciplined, hands-on motivator
- Process-oriented leader who is not afraid of digging into details
- Strategic and highly analytical
- Has an innate ability to channel different points of view
- Excellent consulting skills, as well as writing and public speaking
