Our client a well-known consumer brand is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to join their team

This person will be fundamental in optimizing current systems and implementing new strategies

This Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for:
- Create and execute Performance Marketing and CRM strategy: email, push marketing, SMS, direct mail, and new channel opportunities (such as voice search, AI, Digital Out of Home, etc.)
- Build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization and integrated with customer data and insights
- Expand first party data in to push notification and SMS
- Help achieve brand and financial growth targets
- Drive retention and engagement with existing customers
- Create best-in-class customer loyalty programming
- Allocate, invest, optimize for efficient spending on media budget across all channel
- Meet our business targets including Digital (SEM, Display, Affiliates, Mobile, Direct Mail, Social), TV advertising, and CRM
- Utilize data, analysis, to improve performance channels
- Lead A/B test to optimize campaign builds, content modules, segmentation, scaling, and more
- Analyze and interpret user segments and behaviors leveraging in lifecycle marketing, driving automated segmentation lead generation, conversion, and opt in
- Oversee campaign management, planning to execution to meet key performance metrics and reporting (in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI)
- Develop the digital acquisition and lifecycle channel strategy
- Guide agency to manage ad placements
- Use multi-touch attribution to track touch-points across the funnel, maximizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
- Identify new channels, platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance
- Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams
- Map customer journey across all CRM touch points to maximize LTV
- Lead definition and standardization of selection criteria customer segmentation, and measurement methods across internal marketing teams
- Create/execute roadmap and requirements for cross-channel and personalization use-case
- Lead team in building reports and dashboards of CRM KPI
- Champion all technology product roadmaps by providing input, prioritization, and business requirements

This Director of Performance Marketing needs:
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth and digital transformation in a complex omni-channel business model
- Highly self-motivated with a desire to make an impact
- Ability to effectively manage multiple vendors/agencies and relationships
- Balanced customer-centric and performance orientation
- Strong cross-team leadership skills and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple timelines/projects
- DTC and retail/products experience highly preferred
