Our client, a digital agency, is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager starting next week for 6 month, 40hr/week opportunity.

This Sr. Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for:
- Managing and configuring marketing and sales platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Create new processes using automation
- Troubleshoot operating system errors
- Utilize data to tell a story and share actionable insights on performance and next steps
- Create landing pages, forms, emails, and workflows
- Maintain campaigns (5-6) by updating marketing calendars
- Design marketing/sales platforms to support account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Manage automation and reporting aspects of Salesforce
- Promote marketing and sales alignment with CRM pipelines
- Configure and manage contact database/leads lists for targeting and accuracy
- Mine contacts and accounts from business intelligence platforms and social media
- Execute various email blasts for newsletters/promotions
- Set up and launch nurture campaigns and various gated content programs
- Track metrics and KPIs
- Prepare end of month reporting for various team requirements

This Sr. Marketing Operations Manager needs:
- 5+ year experience
- Experience in Project/Campaign Management
- Highly proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce a must
- Proficient in LeanData and Insycle a PLUS ยท Knowledge of marketing media options, trends, and best practices
- Highly analytical and organized
- Excellent communication skills - Advanced Excel skills
- Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and ideally Data Studio
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a PLUS!
- Experience with digital ad operations a PLUS
