Position Account Coordinator - Ongoing Freelance

Our client is a Media, Tech, and Communication company. They are seeking a freelance Account Coordinator to support their team of Producers and an Account Director.

This is an onsite, ongoing role, slated for 40 hours per week. The role could turn into full-time for the right match.

Responsibilities:
- Attend all creative kick-off briefings; take notes and distribute a next steps/contact report for each meeting
- Ensure the right people are included in meetings
- Identify and facilitate follow-ups as needed; including scheduling of meetings if necessary
- Ensure all creative deliverables being requested are clear and ready to action by the creative team
- Support in the distribution of Creative Deliverables Lists and make sure daily updates are communicated to all parties involved as needed
- Manage complex projects by keeping track of many moving parts, holding all internal parties accountable for their contributions, and ensuring all deadlines are met

Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years minimum production / project / pipeline management experience with creative teams
- Agency experience preferred, but not required
